BCM Servant Leadership Team

As a member of the Servant Leadership Team, we desire to have the same attitude of Jesus (Philippians 2 and Mark 10:45). We want to follow Jesus and lead others to follow Jesus through loving God, loving each other and loving campus.

Servant Leadership is one of the biggest keys to an effective BCM ministry. Our Servant Leadership Team members are the catalyst for what happens in our ministry.

Application process:
1) Take a look at the leadership team descriptions and expectations (link below).

2) Pray about your involvement and application. 

3) Talk with a trusted godly friend/leader/mentor who knows you well.

3) Submit online application.

4) Sign up for an interview time.

5) Interview.
